The Office of Family, School & Community Partnerships, in collaboration with Hockanum Valley, proudly supported 42 families with Thanksgiving dinners this year.
Today, our secretary, coordinator, and director worked together to pack 23 Thanksgiving bags, which were then delivered to each school. From there, school staff distributed the meals directly to the families in need.
This effort was truly a team collaboration, reflecting our shared commitment to supporting Vernon families and ensuring everyone has what they need during the holiday season.

Our Maple Street Lego Robotics team, The Robo Bears, did a great job at the First Lego League competition this weekend!

Our Northeast School Roaring Robotics Team had an exciting day at the First Lego League East of the River Tournament!
They competed against 21 teams and shared their innovation project, robot design, coding skills, and gracious professionalism.
While they didn’t bring home an award this time, they gained valuable knowledge about archaeology, especially bronze disease, improved their coding skills, and strengthened their teamwork.
Mrs. Champagne and Mrs. Morrow are very proud of all their hard work and dedication!
A special thankyou to Mrs. Champagne and Mrs. Morrow for their continued effort and leadership on this journey. We love our Roaring Robotics Team! 🤖❤️ #NortheastPride 🦁
