Since 2005, Next STEP (Supportive Transition Education Program) has been providing students with disabilities, ages 18 – 22, with opportunities to address their individual transition goals in an integrated, age-appropriate community environment. Next STEP has partnered with community businesses and adult service agencies to provide comprehensive services that will prepare students to successfully transition to adulthood. Students engage in a variety of employment, social and independent living activities in local community settings.
