We had a great Farm to School taste test at Maple Street School today! 🌱
With Chef Tom and our partners from UConn Extension, students got to try a bright, fresh “Earth Day” salad featuring arugula and radishes from Cloverleigh Farm. It was a fun way to celebrate local food, seasonal ingredients, and getting students excited about trying something new.
