2026-2027 Preschool Screening Dates
The Preschool Application for the 26-27 School Year is now closed
We thank you for your interest in our Preschool Program and ask that you check back here in the Spring of 2027 for the 2027-2028 program application.
Next year's preschool programming includes 1/2 day sessions (AM and PM) and full day sessions, dependent on the student's age. Children must be 3 or 4 by 9/1/2027 to be considered for any Vernon Preschool programming.

The Bureau of Special Education is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Office of Early Childhood and Sparkler that will help all Connecticut children get off to a strong start. Sparkler is an app that is free for families and can be used as a developmental screening tool, a source for activities to support child development, and assists parents with making connections with professionals.
