Yesterday our 4th and 5th grade band and chorus students performed their spring concert for the whole school! Some band students even decided to do a solo or a duet! We are so proud of all of their hard work.
School Lunch Hero Day is today! We celebrated the amazing Ms. Trish & Miss Kass as they play and important role in our school, providing healthy meals and endless smiles to our LSS students! You both have a PIZZA our hearts!
Third graders have been working hard these past few weeks researching a historical figure for their biography reports. They presented their research in the form of a "wax museum" where they came to life and talked about their accomplishments and obstacles. Thank you to LSS community for supporting our third graders!

Our Farm to School program served up samples of Three Sisters Soup featuring locally grown butternut squash! This hearty dish honors the Indigenous "Three Sisters Planting Method" of growing corn, beans, and squash together—a practice that nourishes both the land and our students. Did your student try it?
