The Vernon Preschool is a high-quality early childhood program serving preschool aged children and their families. 

2024-2025 School Year
The Vernon Preschool is currently accepting applications for children and families interested in Vernon Preschool for the 2024-2025 school year.

Preschool will ALL be 1/2 day sessions, AM and PM, and children must be 3 or 4 by 9/1/2024 to be considered. There will be a lottery and your complete application must be received by Central Office by 3/22/2024. Families will be notified by Mid-May.

The Bureau of Special Education is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Office of Early Childhood and Sparkler that will help all Connecticut children get off to a strong start. Sparkler is an app that is free for families and can be used as a developmental screening tool, a source for activities to support child development, and assists parents with making connections with professionals.
