Curbside Meal Pickup
Breakfast and lunch will be available for pick up at Vernon Center Middle School every Wednesday between 12:30PM – 2:30PM. The curbside program will run every Wednesday from June 23 – August 18, 2021.
All children 18 and under are eligible to receive meals at no cost throughout the summer.
- Child does not need to reside in Vernon or attend Vernon Public Schools.
- The child’s parent/guardian can pick up meals, and the child does not need to be present at pick up.
- No registration or ID required. Just show up!
For students participating in a Vernon Public School Summer Learning Program at Rockville High School or Vernon Center Middle School, 3-day meal bags will provide breakfast and lunch for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
For children attending a Vernon Summer Camp at Talcott Park, Center 375, or Camp Newhoca, 2-day meal bags will provide breakfast and lunch for Saturday and Sunday.
For children that are not participating in any Vernon summer program that provides meals through the United States Department of Agriculture, 7-day meal bags will provide breakfast and lunch for every day of the week.
